At Vie13 Apparel, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and shipping work.
 

Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $125.

• In-stock items: estimated delivery of 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

• Out-of-stock / preordered / backordered items: estimated delivery of 3–4 weeks after your order is placed.

• This policy applies to domestic (U.S.) orders only. International shipping taxes, customs, rates may apply.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

Return Shipping

• Contact us about your return at ordervolley@vie13.com.

• Unless the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

• Exchanges (e.g., for a different size) are accepted within the same 14-day window as returns. Note: we cannot guarantee that we'll have the new desired size in stock.

• Exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom/customized orders

• Sale items

• Hats/Visors

Custom Orders

• Custom orders require a minimum of 20 pieces per order.

• Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
